If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment on your subscription order, this could mean that your payment method has expired, been declined, or there was a change to your billing address.
To update your payment information, follow these steps:
- Under Account Details click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
- On the middle right you will see ADDRESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS
You can either ADD PAYMENT METHOD or edit your existing card.
Once you add a new card, you can delete the old one you have on file.
Once this is updated, our system will refresh your payment and be able to process your orders again.
