If you are having trouble accessing your account, it is most likely that your account has not yet been activated. To clarify, placing an order does not automatically create an account. Please email us at helpdesk@alkalineforlife.com with your name, and we will send you an account activation email (Subject: Customer account activation). Through this email, you will be prompted to fill in your email and create a password for your account. Once you do so, you will have successfully created an Alkaline for Life account. From there, you will be able to log in. Having an account will allow you to view your past orders and easily manage your subscriptions.
